# SPECT castor-GATERootToCastor segmentation violation

Dear CASToR users,  
I’m trying to convert the .root file from the GATE simulation to castor’s castor-GATERootToCastor program .Cdf file, for monolithic crystals I can easily achieve data conversion, but for pixelated crystals, there will always be errors, I want to know what method can be solved?
