The above code snippet that belongs to CMakeLists.txt

I think there need to set the variable first before calling the configure\_file. Because the CASTOR\_CONFIG cannot be defined fine in the `oCASToRConfig.hh` header file when using the CLion + WSL or VS 2022 + WSL. Other environments are fine.
