How to get the sinogram from .cdf and .cdh CASToR output files. Is there any code that can read CASToR data format and create the sinograms?

Hi,

There is no such tool directly available in CASToR as there is no specific organization of the projections in the histograms in order to make it flexible for any type of geometry.

In the following topic a (matlab) code was shared to read CASToR SPECT datafile from Simind simulations. I never used it though, so I don’t know the pre-requisites :
