How to read CASToR data format (.cdf) and create the sinograms

Dear Users and Developers,

How to get the sinogram from .cdf and .cdh CASToR output files. Is there any code that can read CASToR data format and create the sinograms?

I would appreciate it if I can receive your experience in this regards.

You can use this code for open .cdf file for viewing the sinogram

Thank you very much, but how can I set the dimensions of the sinogram into the code?

The .cdf sinogram is created by converting a .s binary sinogram file from mCT scanner with the dimensions: 14(TOF bins) * 621(michelogram bins) * 168(transaxial angle bins) * 400(radial offset bins) and the corresponding .n binary norm file with the dimensions: 1 * 621 * 168 * 400. I tried different shapes into the code, but didn’t work.

I would appreciate your help.
