Implementing SPECT Collimator

I am attempting to implement a collimator with an array of 1mm holes that are about 10mm away from each other.

What files do I have to include and modify to do this

SPECT systems configuration files are defined in config/scanner/.
For SPECT, the camera and collimator are both defined in the same file. Regarding how the implementation is performed in CASToR, I suggest you have a look at the documentation sections 5.2 and 6.2 for camera/collimator and datafile respectively.
