Hello,
Is it possible to perform reconstruction for a pinhole camera in CASToR?
Could you please provide guidance on how to do it?
Thanks

Hi Sharareh,
I don’t believe CASToR has this functionality, but you can reconstruct pinhole-SPECT datasets with STIR.
You can read more about it here: Frontiers | Integration of advanced 3D SPECT modelling for pinhole collimators into the open-source STIR framework
Best,

Hi,
I could see a single pinhole spect as a mono-convergent collimator of almost null thickness with the focal point on the collimator. It is worth trying that as it has non negligible likelihood to work with castor ![]()
