I am working on a PET scanner that performs rotational motion of 1 deg/s during the acquisition time. How Can I set the rotation of the scanner in the reconstruction parameters?

In our setup to account for rotation of the detectors we assume a separate virtual detector for each position of a physical detector and re assign the LOR IDs based on the actual detector position information. This seems to work fairly well.
