Extract voxel values from reconstructed data.

Hi Dev,

I am using SIMIND to generate list mode data for SPECT. Is there any way to extract voxel values from MLEM reconstructed data for CRC and SNR calculations? Thank You.

Dear Ritesh,

CASToR image format is interfile. You can use various softwares to directly open and process them (e.g Amide, ImageJ with NucMed module, etc…). The img file can be opened in raw format.
