please help regarding installation of castor on windows to use sm2castor to reconstruct spect projection generated by simind
First, you have to set the environment your computer.
Second, diwnload the binary folder from castor website, and place the folder same as path environment set.
Third, try write smc2castor at your command prompt, either it work or not.
what are the variable name and path to be set for binary folder and castor package

thanks i have done as per instruction but while executing an error castor recon is not internal or external command occur.i have check the environment variable they are set as variable-CASTOR_CONFIG with path being set as config folder and PATH variable set to castor folder
One more thing don’t forget to add path bin win64
i have done it in differnt way i coy binnaries form bin folder and paste it in the directory of sm2castor and it works
