We are proud to announce that a scientific paper related to the CASToR project has just been published.

Here is the reference:

Thibaut Merlin, Simon Stute, Didier Benoit, Julien Bert, Thomas Carlier, Claude Comtat, Marina Filipovic, Frédéric Lamare, and Dimitris Visvikis,
“CASToR: a generic data organization and processing code framework for multi-modal and multi-dimensional tomographic reconstruction,”

If CASToR is useful for your research we would be grateful if you could kindly refer to this paper in your publications.

We use this occasion to encourage you to post any news or comments about the use of CASToR in your lab on the mailing-list, as the list was not specifically designed to report problems only  CASToR has been produced with a strong purpose of collaboration and openness, so this will help all of us get recognition and funding to maintain this effort. In addition, we would like to hear from those of you who would like to actively contribute to the further development of CASToR.

Please note that there will be a course run in the spring of 2019 on the CASToR platform. We will be coming back to you before the end of the year with more details and organizational aspects.

Finally, many thanks to all of you for using CASToR and for your support in our continuing efforts to improve this platform

The CASToR collaboration
