Greetings,
In the CASToR website, it is indicated that Interfile can be opened with ImageJ by using the NucMed plugin [1]. However, I can’t seems to find this plugin. The closest I found was MedNuc [2], but it doesn’t seems to mention that it can open Interfile. I did install its 8 plugins just to make sure, but I didn’t found an option for loading Interfile. Can anyone tell me where to find this plugin or if it is really in MedNuc? (I hope I am not blind!)
I can open directly the *.img as Raw, but it would be easier and faster if it would open directly from the *.hdr.
Note: While being on the subject, the “current” version of Amide (for ubuntu 20.04) has some problems reading Interfile (It ignore Endian-ess) [3]. If anyone also have this problem, it seems that a corrected version might be coming in a near future [3].
Bests,
Maxime Toussaint

Hi Maxime,
You can find it in attached, it is now directly available from Resources | CASToR as well.
And many thanks for your explanations about 3), I ran into it no later than a few weeks ago and it was mystifying me… glad to know a patch is on the way!
Best,
Thibaut

Thank you very much for the plugin!
About Amide: There is a workaround presented in [1] which provide a link to a fork from Amide (see [2]). I am able to open Interfile with the Amide compiled from [2] but it was unstable (Amide refused to open new images after a while). Most likely, it is due to some error on my part in the compilation, but it is good to know that it is not plug&play.
